What is a funding portal?
The Forbes AAC funding portal has been designed to streamline the process of funding
a speech-generating device through insurance providers,
as well as provide clear communication about the process and what is required to complete it.
- The funding portal allows practitioners to submit a new funding packet to initiate
the purchase of a funded Speech Generating Device.
- Communicators can create an account and log in to track the progress of their
funding request and add any missing documents.
- Practitioners can track the status of all their funding packets submitted for all their patients
currently waiting on funding and send chat messages directly to their funding specialist.
- Practitioners can add any missing documents to any of their patients.
Our team is ready to guide you through this process and to do their best to get your speech-generating device (SGD) funded and shipped to you as soon as possible.
How to access the funding portal?
If you already have an account, please log in through this page
(the database is large, and depending on the speed of your internet connection,
it may take up to 10-15 seconds to load, so please be patient once you click the LOGIN button)
If you have never created an account, use the link to create an account.
If you have submitted a benefit check form or funding packet with Forbes AAC before, please register using the same email address you used previously,
as we may already have your information on file associated with the email address.
Using a different email may prevent access to your existing records.

When creating an account, please make sure that you have access to your mailbox
as well will send a confirmation code to verify your identity.

Once your account is created, then you will be able to return to the login screen to access the funding portal.
Please remember that your login must be kept private to avoid information access by other parties
and a potential HIPAA violation.
When you access the portal, you will see a unique dashboard with only the records associated with your contact information.
You can upload any missing documents, see the status of your claim, read any notes on file,
and send your funding specialist an instant message with any questions you may have.
Once you submit a new funding packet, please allow 48-72 hours for a review and upload into our funding portal.
