You will not be able to create an account to access the funding portal unless we already have your email associated with your contact information in our system. It is important that whatever email you use on the funding packet matches the email you use to create your account.
For example, as a practitioner, if you use your work email to communicate with us and have listed it on the funding packet documents, but then you try to sign up with your personal email, the system will not find a match and therefore will not allow you to create an account and view your packet(s).
If you have never provided your email to us in the past, then please do so by emailing your Forbes AAC Assistive Technology Specialist or your Funding Specialist. We must update our records before you try to create an account.
