The Forbes AAC funding portal has been designed to streamline the process of funding a speech-generating device through insurance providers, as well as provide clear communication about the process and what is required to complete it.

If you have never created an account, use the link to create an account. If you have submitted a benefit check form or funding packet with Forbes AAC before, please register using the same email address you used previously, as we may already have your information on file associated with the email address. Using a different email may prevent access to your existing records.
Please remember that your login must be kept private to avoid information access by other parties and a potential HIPAA violation.
When you access the portal, you will see a unique dashboard with only the records associated with your contact information. You can upload any missing documents, see the status of your claim, read any notes on file, and send your funding specialist an instant message with any questions you may have.
Once you submit a new funding packet, please allow 48-72 hours for a review and upload into our funding portal.
